Seminole / Holland Neighborhood Association was happy to have Springfields Mayor Jim O’Neal and Zone Three Councilmember Jerry Compton.

Jim and Jerry gave a great indepth presentation about the 1/4 Capital Improvements Program Renewal, this helps with the city projects/needs budget. The 1/4 cent tax that is being asked to be voted on June 8th will be used to get these projects completed.
After the presentation there was time for insightful Q&A.
