Becoming a member is easy, just make sure that you fit the following guidelines;
Members
General membership in the Seminole / Holland Neighborhood Association shall be open to all residents, business owners and property owners within the Seminole / Holland Neighborhood boundaries. Residents or property owners eighteen (18) years and older are eligible for general membership, upon payment of annual dues. Businesses and organizations located in the neighborhood are entitled to have one (1) voting representative from each business or organization. Each paying member will be entitled to one general membership vote. For more information you can read the Seminole / Holland Neighborhood Association Bylaws.
Membership Dues
Annual membership dues for residents and property owners are $5.00 per voting member and $10.00 for each business and organizational member of the Seminole / Holland Neighborhood Association.
Meetings
General meetings of the Seminole / Holland Neighborhood Association will be held on the first Tuesday of every month at 6:30 p.m at a location to be determined
